During a second mission in Rwanda, with the colleagues of the MINERENA, we have set up the Concept Document for the GEF (Global Environment Facility).
The whole "plan concept" is detailed in the following organization chart and in the Concept Document submitted after the comments by the MINERENA and UNIDO (cf. doc J-CS/Rw/9415, doc J-CS/Rw/9417) for the GEF financial participation.
